Volunteer/Recruitment Coordinator – Recruit new volunteers, walk them through clinic processes and paperwork, keep tabs on their attendance and communicate as needed, manage contracts for Department of Health, track volunteer hours
Outreach/Collaboration – Communicate with other organizations to foster partnerships, reach out to churches to arrange speaking engagements to raise awareness of clinic, brainstorm new ideas
Triage – Welcome patients, take and document vitals, communicate with doctors
Qualifying – Interview patients, confirm financial and residential documents, enter data into systems
Translating – Communicate with patients and doctors when there is a language barrier (usually Spanish)
Handyman – Clinic upkeep as needed
Grant research – Find new applicable grants, obtain necessary info and write narratives, complete and follow-up with processes
Reception – Answer phones with enthusiasm and information (need morning availability most)
